Special Session: Energy and Radio resource Modeling and Optimization for Air-Space-Ground-Sea Integrated Network with Dual Power
The integration of renewable energy networks with air-space-ground-sea network is the main direction for the green and sustainable development of future information service networks. It is an important research topic on the utilization of renewable energy Internet. This research topic has always received strong attention and support from academia, industry, and government departments. Not only does it play an important role in promoting energy efficiency management and achieving the dual carbon goals of future 6G networks, but it also has better development for the utilization and control of renewable energy.

Dr. Li is an associate professor in the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Ningxia University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2012. And he did Postdocal research from 2015 to 2017 at EEC, the University of Florida, USA. His main research interests include B5G/6G, Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network Architecture, Network Function Virtualization and Software Definition, Green Communication and Energy Efficiency, Integration of Communication and Energy networks, and Resource management for future communication. He serves in several reviewer boards for several international conferences and journals. Dr. Li has served as the Chair of IEEE ICCT and ICCC.
