2019 5th IEEE International Conference on Computer and Communications (ICCC)

ICCC 2019 has been held successfully in Dorsett Grand Chengdu, China once again on Dec. 6-9, 2019! ICCC 2019已于2019年12月6-9日在成都帝盛君豪酒店 再次成功举办！

ICCC 2019 conference proceedings has been included in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus! ICCC2019会议论文集已成功被IEEE Xplore 收录, 并被Ei Compendex以及Scopus检索 !

2019 5th IEEE International Conference on Computer and Communications (ICCC) has been held successfully from December 6-9, 2019 in Chengdu, China. There were about 400 delegates from 12 countries (USA, Canada, Germany, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Phillipines, etc that attended the conference, several experts in related fields were invited to give keynote speeches. The in-depth discussions among the attendees effectively advanced the academic exchange.

The Secretary General of Sichuan Institute of Electronics, Ms. Xiang Tao has addressed the opening ceremony of the conference and also expressed her sincere gratitude to the co-organizers and warm welcome to all the experts and scholars attending the conference. At the same time, the Conference General Chair, Prof. Sheng-Uei Guan (Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China) and Prof. Tianrui Li (Institute of Artificial Intelligence), Southwest Jiaotong University China made remarks respectively at the convention. The Conference Program Chair, Prof. Jianpo Li (Northeast Electric Power University, China) made TPC address, with brief introduction to the organization of ICCC2019 and the review process and collection status of articles this year.

We have invited 6 respectable professors to deliver an unusual keynote addresses at the plenary meeting, consisting of Prof. Ke Wu (IEEE Fellow, Polytechnique Montreal, Canada), Prof. Guohong Cao (IEEE Fellow, The Pennsylvania State University, USA), Prof. Ryuji KOHNO (IEEE Fellow, Yokohama National University, Japan), Prof. Danny Hin-Kwok TSANG (IEEE Fellow, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hongkong), Prof. Alex X. Liu (IEEE Fellow, Michigan State University, USA) and Prof. Jian Tang (IEEE Fellow, Syracuse University, USA). The report covered key technologies and hot academic issues such as big data, control, communication and computing integration, wireless sensor network, virtual visual experience, video analysis, signal processing, experience driven network based on Al, etc. Experts and scholars from all over the world actively discussed the research development trends in these fields.

On Dec. 9's morning, the participants visited Key Lab of Cloud Computing & Intelligent Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University. And, some attendees have a tour in Chengdu.

Moreover the conference was composed of 32 technical oral sessions and poster sessions, topics coverd, for example, Cryptography and Encryption Technology, Filter Design and Filtering Algorithm, Filter Design and Filtering Algorithm, Coding Theory and Modulation Method, Coding Theory and Modulation Method, Wireless Communication and Transmission Technology, Computer Science and Information Intelligence and so on. Each parallel session went through smoothly and a “Best Presentation” award was issued at the end of sub-conference, with the support of session chairs.
