Chair: Assoc. Prof. Mengmeng Liao, Shanghai University, China

Mengmeng Liao received the Doctoral Degree in circuits and systems from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2020. Now, he is an associate professor with the department of automation, Shanghai University. He is the chair of multiple conference sub venues and program committees, as well as a reviewer for multiple international journals. His research interests include computer vision (AI), pattern recognition (AI) and path planning (AI). He has published over 20 papers. He was selected for the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program in 2020.
