Artificial intelligence features rapid iteration, strong interdisciplinary characteristics and high industrial demand. Regular conference programs cannot systematically cover the latest advances in generative AI and next-generation intelligent technologies. This session focuses specifically on frontier AI challenges and innovative applications, which is highly targeted and complementary. It cannot be fully included in general regular sessions due to its high concentration and cutting-edge orientation.
This special session focuses on cutting-edge progress and technical breakthroughs in artificial intelligence. It aims to gather scholars and engineers to discuss generative AI, multimodal learning, trustworthy intelligence and lightweight AI applications. The session displays latest research achievements, analyzes technical bottlenecks, and promotes in-depth integration of theoretical innovation and industrial implementation, providing an efficient academic communication platform for researchers.
This session covers advanced research directions of next-generation artificial intelligence, including but not limited to large language models and generative AI, deep learning and neural network optimization, computer vision and multimodal intelligence, intelligent perception and decision-making, trustworthy AI and AI security, lightweight AI models and edge intelligence, as well as intelligent system engineering and industrial practical applications.

Assoc. Prof. Mengmeng Liao, has long-term research experience in artificial intelligence, deep learning and intelligent systems. They have presided over and participated in multiple provincial and national research projects, and have published numerous high-quality papers in top AI journals and conferences. With rich experience in academic organization and paper review, the organizers are fully capable of ensuring the academic quality and smooth operation of this special session.
